目的：观察侧仰卧位推拿结合小关节整复治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法：209例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组107例和对照组102例，治疗组采用侧仰卧位推拿结合小关节整复治疗，对照组采用传统坐位推拿结合关节整复，比较两组效果。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.3%，显著高于对照组的85.3%（P<0.05）。结论：侧仰卧位推拿结合小关节整复治疗神经根型颈椎病安全有效，可控性好，患者容易接受。

목적：관찰측앙와위추나결합소관절정복치료신경근형경추병적료효。방법：209례신경근형경추병환자수궤분위치료조107례화대조조102례，치료조채용측앙와위추나결합소관절정복치료，대조조채용전통좌위추나결합관절정복，비교량조효과。결과：치료조총유효솔위95.3%，현저고우대조조적85.3%（P<0.05）。결론：측앙와위추나결합소관절정복치료신경근형경추병안전유효，가공성호，환자용역접수。
Objective:To observe the curative effects in massage of lateral supine position combined with small joint reconstruction treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods:209 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into treatment group with 107 cases and control group with 102 cases, treatment group adopted massage of lateral supine position combined with small joint reconstruction, control group with massage of traditional sitting and joint reconstruction, effects of two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.3%, significantly higher than that of control group by 85.3%(P<0.05). Conclusion:Massage of lateral supine position combined with small joint reconstruction is safe and effective in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, which can be well controlled and easy to be accepted for pa-tients.
