目的：探讨推拿结合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法：推拿结合中药熏蒸治疗70例腰椎间盘突出症患者，观察临床效果。结果：治愈35例，好转26例，未愈9例，总有效率为87.2%。结论：推拿结合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效良好。

목적：탐토추나결합중약훈증치료요추간반돌출증적효과。방법：추나결합중약훈증치료70례요추간반돌출증환자，관찰림상효과。결과：치유35례，호전26례，미유9례，총유효솔위87.2%。결론：추나결합중약훈증치료요추간반돌출료효량호。
Objective:To investigate the effects of massage combined with herbal fumigation treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods:70 cases of pa-tients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with massage and Chinese medicine fumigation, to observe the clinical effects. Results:35 cases were cured, 26 cases improved, 9 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 87.2%. Conclusion:The curative effects of massage combined with Chinese medicine fumigation treating lumbar disc herniation are good.
