目的：探讨乙状结肠造瘘口外周皮肤应用皮肤保护膜的效果。方法：120例乙状结肠造瘘口术后患者随机分为观察组与对照组各60例，观察组应用皮肤保护膜，对照组外涂氧化锌软膏，比较两组患者造口外周皮肤的情况。结果：观察组皮肤正常者造口外周皮炎的发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组第3、6天造口外周皮炎的治愈率均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：皮肤保护膜能有效预防乙状结肠造瘘口并发外周皮炎，提高造口皮炎治愈率。
목적：탐토을상결장조루구외주피부응용피부보호막적효과。방법：120례을상결장조루구술후환자수궤분위관찰조여대조조각60례，관찰조응용피부보호막，대조조외도양화자연고，비교량조환자조구외주피부적정황。결과：관찰조피부정상자조구외주피염적발생솔명현저우대조조（P<0.05）；관찰조제3、6천조구외주피염적치유솔균명현고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：피부보호막능유효예방을상결장조루구병발외주피염，제고조구피염치유솔。
Objective:To investigate the effects in peripheral skin of sigmoid colostomy applied with skin protective film. Methods:120 cases of pa-tients with sigmoid colostomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 60 cases, observation group applied with skin protective film, control group coated with Zinc Oxide Ointment, to compare the condition of colostomy peripheral skin between the two groups. Results:Incidence of colostomy peripheral dermatitis in observation group of patients with normal skin was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05);cure rate of colostomy perioral dermatitis in observation group on 3rd and 6th was significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Skin protective film can effectively prevent the sigmoid colostomy from peripheral dermatitis, and improve the cure rate of co-lostomy dermatitis.
