目的：探讨奥拉西坦联合疏血通治疗原发性脑出血的临床疗效。方法：60例原发性脑出血患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30例，观察组静脉滴注奥拉西坦及疏血通，对照仅静脉滴注疏血通，3个疗程后比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后观察组NIHSS评分和MMSE评分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05），两组均无不良反应。结论：奥拉西坦联合疏血通治疗原发性脑出血安全有效，可在临床进一步推广应用。
目的：探討奧拉西坦聯閤疏血通治療原髮性腦齣血的臨床療效。方法：60例原髮性腦齣血患者隨機分為觀察組與對照組各30例，觀察組靜脈滴註奧拉西坦及疏血通，對照僅靜脈滴註疏血通，3箇療程後比較兩組治療效果。結果：治療後觀察組NIHSS評分和MMSE評分均顯著低于對照組（P<0.05），兩組均無不良反應。結論：奧拉西坦聯閤疏血通治療原髮性腦齣血安全有效，可在臨床進一步推廣應用。
목적：탐토오랍서탄연합소혈통치료원발성뇌출혈적림상료효。방법：60례원발성뇌출혈환자수궤분위관찰조여대조조각30례，관찰조정맥적주오랍서탄급소혈통，대조부정맥적주소혈통，3개료정후비교량조치료효과。결과：치료후관찰조NIHSS평분화MMSE평분균현저저우대조조（P<0.05），량조균무불량반응。결론：오랍서탄연합소혈통치료원발성뇌출혈안전유효，가재림상진일보추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of oxiracetam combined with Shuxuetong injection treating primary cerebral hemorrhage. Meth-ods:60 patients with primary cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 30 cases, observation group adopted intravenous drip of oxiracetam and Shuxuetong injection, control group only with intravenous drip of Shuxuetong injection, effects of the two groups were compared after 3 courses of treatment. Results:NIHSS and MMSE scores of observation group were both significantly lower than those of control group after the treatment (P<0.05), both groups without adverse reaction. Conclusion:Oxiracetam combined with Shuxuetong injection treating primary cerebral hemorrhage is safe and effective, and can be further applied clinically.
