本文以大肠癌高危人群预防和治疗癌前病变、大肠癌术后预防复发转移、晚期大肠癌患者延长生存，改善生活质量、中药治疗年老体弱多病的晚期肠癌患者、大肠癌相关并发症的防治、中药对手术及放化疗的减毒增效研究等为切入点，论述了中医药治疗大肠癌的优势、困难及发展机遇，旨在为中医药防治大肠癌的临床应用和今后的研究提供参考。
本文以大腸癌高危人群預防和治療癌前病變、大腸癌術後預防複髮轉移、晚期大腸癌患者延長生存，改善生活質量、中藥治療年老體弱多病的晚期腸癌患者、大腸癌相關併髮癥的防治、中藥對手術及放化療的減毒增效研究等為切入點，論述瞭中醫藥治療大腸癌的優勢、睏難及髮展機遇，旨在為中醫藥防治大腸癌的臨床應用和今後的研究提供參攷。
본문이대장암고위인군예방화치료암전병변、대장암술후예방복발전이、만기대장암환자연장생존，개선생활질량、중약치료년로체약다병적만기장암환자、대장암상관병발증적방치、중약대수술급방화료적감독증효연구등위절입점，논술료중의약치료대장암적우세、곤난급발전궤우，지재위중의약방치대장암적림상응용화금후적연구제공삼고。
In this paper, there are some breakthrough points, such as the prevention and treatment of precancerous lesions in high-risk population of colorectal cancer, the prevention of recurrence and metastasis after surgeries for colorectal cancer, prolongs the suvival time and improves the quality of life for advanced colorectal cancer patients, Chinese Medicine for advanced colorectal cancer patients who are old, frail and sickliness, the preven-tion and treatment for the related complication of colorecatal cancer, the studies on attenuation and synergistic effect of Chinese Medicine for surgery and chemoradiation, et al. To discusses the advantages, difficulties and opportunities for the development of Chinese Medicine for the treatment of colorectal cancer, in order to provide references for clinical application of Chinese Medicine for preventing and treating colorectal cancer.
