道教作为我国本土的一个宗教，在我国的历史发展中有着重要的推动作用。而张三丰作为道教中一个有名的道士，他在道教的地位和影响力及养生术都留下了不可磨灭的痕迹。张三丰作为太极拳的创始人一说至今还存在分歧。本文主要从太极拳的技术特点、养生理论和张三丰在道教的地位和影响力及他的养生思想去分析太极拳和张三丰的关系。

Taoism, as a native religion of our country , plays an important role in promoting the historical develop-ment in our country .Then Zhang Sanfeng , as a famous Taoist priest in the Taoism , his status and influence left an indelible mark in Taoism and Health Prese -rvation.The saying that Zhang Sanfeng is the originator of taijiquan Is still controver -sial so far .This article analyzes the relationship between taijiquan and zhang Sanfeng mainly from the following aspects:technical features of taijiquan , theory of keeping in good health and his status and in-fluence in Taoism and health preservation -thought .
