中小学校长对学校体育的核心影响是权力性影响，其次是包括智力和非智力因素在内的非权力性影响。结果发现，中小学校长重视程度及其素质决定一所学校体育的发展水平。在实践过程中，中小学校长均不同程度的、自觉不自觉地存在“知行冲突”，导致学校体育的实践环节普遍滞后并产生一系列问题。对此，文章提出了相关对策。

The influence of middle school and primary school headmaster on school sports core is power influence , at the same time , including its intelligence and non intelligence factors , non power influence .It was found that middle school and primary school principals ’ attention degree and decide the quality of a school sports development level.In the process of practice , Middle school and primary school principals are different degrees , consciously or unconsciously, have“knowledge and behavior conflict”, leading to the school sports practice generally lags behind and cause a series of problems.Therefore, this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures.
