通过对香茶全自动生产线各主要单机进行试验研究,初步制定出单机的工艺参数:杀青温度340℃/320℃(前端/后端);鲜叶流量120 kg/h;揉捻投叶量35 kg/桶,揉捻时间90 min;热风解块温度90℃;初干循环滚炒投叶量为45 kg,温度170℃,时间30 min;足干循环滚炒投叶量为40 kg,温度140℃,时间35 min。
通過對香茶全自動生產線各主要單機進行試驗研究,初步製定齣單機的工藝參數:殺青溫度340℃/320℃(前耑/後耑);鮮葉流量120 kg/h;揉撚投葉量35 kg/桶,揉撚時間90 min;熱風解塊溫度90℃;初榦循環滾炒投葉量為45 kg,溫度170℃,時間30 min;足榦循環滾炒投葉量為40 kg,溫度140℃,時間35 min。
통과대향다전자동생산선각주요단궤진행시험연구,초보제정출단궤적공예삼수:살청온도340℃/320℃(전단/후단);선협류량120 kg/h;유념투협량35 kg/통,유념시간90 min;열풍해괴온도90℃;초간순배곤초투협량위45 kg,온도170℃,시간30 min;족간순배곤초투협량위40 kg,온도140℃,시간35 min。
Through conducting experiment to each main single machine of automatic production line of fragrant tea, the process parameters for single machine were determined preliminarily, which were as follows: the temperature of fixation was 340℃/320℃; the traffic amount of fresh leaves was 120 kg/h; the amount of rolling was 35 kg/barrel, and the rolling time was 90 min; the temperature of hot air dissolution was 90℃; the weight, temperature and time of the first drying leaf were 45 kg, 170℃ and 30 min, respectively; the weight, temperature and time of the second drying leaf were 40 kg, 140℃ and 35 min, respectively.
