高粱雄性不育系柱头生活力的强弱和持续时间的长短,是影响高粱制种的主要因素。为探明糯高粱雄性不育系的特性,对4个糯高粱雄性不育系的柱头生活力进行了研究。结果表明,开花后6 d内,4个不育系的柱头生活力强,授粉结实率均可达80.0%以上;开花后第7天,45A和18A的柱头生活力急剧下降,而L407A和3268A则无明显变化。L407A和3268A的柱头生活力比45A和18A强,开花后第11天仍能保持60%以上的授粉结实率。4个不育系的柱头生活力都可持续13 d及以上,且持续时间由长到短依次为:3268A>L407A>45A>18A。不育系间的柱头生活力互不相同,表明柱头生活力与材料本身的遗传特性有关。

The intensity and duration of stigma vitality in sorghum CMS line is the main factor influencing the sorghum seeds production. To find out characteristics of glutinous sorghum CMS lines, the stigma vitality of four glutinous sorghum CMS lines was studied. The results showed that within 6 d after flowering, the stigma vitality of the four CMS lines was all strong, which can reach more than 80.0%of the pollination rate; 7 d after flowering, the stigma vitality of 45A and 18A fell sharply, while L407A and 3268A had no significant changes. The stigma vitality of L407A and 3268A was stronger than 45A and 18A, which can maintain more than 60.0% of the pollination rate until the 11th days after flowering. The stigma vitality of the four CMS lines can remained more than 13 d, and the duration ranged from long to short as 3268A, L407A, 45A, 18A. The stigma viability was different among CMS lines, indicating that there is a certain relationship between the stigma viability and genetic characteristics of materials.
