Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium Injection%Magnetic resonance spectroscopy ( MRS)%Radiation en-cephalopathy
目的:探讨申捷在早期放射性脑损伤防治中的作用。方法将鼻咽癌患者随机分为两组,对照组采用放疗+肾上腺皮质激素方案;治疗组采用放疗+肾上腺皮质激素+申捷方案。申捷每天100 mg,加入到生理盐水或5%葡萄糖水中静脉滴注。两组均于放疗前及放疗后2个月行颅脑MRI、MRS检查,,并测定NAA/Cr和Cho/Cr值。结果对照组放疗后双颞叶NAA/Cr明显下降(t=2.389,P=0.022),治疗组无明显下降(t=0.065,P=0.949);而对照组Cho/Cr放疗后明显升高(t=2.355,P=0.031),治疗组无明显升高(t=1.371,P=0.178)。结论申捷在脑放射性损伤早期阶段有预防及治疗作用。

목적:탐토신첩재조기방사성뇌손상방치중적작용。방법장비인암환자수궤분위량조,대조조채용방료+신상선피질격소방안;치료조채용방료+신상선피질격소+신첩방안。신첩매천100 mg,가입도생리염수혹5%포도당수중정맥적주。량조균우방료전급방료후2개월행로뇌MRI、MRS검사,,병측정NAA/Cr화Cho/Cr치。결과대조조방료후쌍섭협NAA/Cr명현하강(t=2.389,P=0.022),치료조무명현하강(t=0.065,P=0.949);이대조조Cho/Cr방료후명현승고(t=2.355,P=0.031),치료조무명현승고(t=1.371,P=0.178)。결론신첩재뇌방사성손상조기계단유예방급치료작용。
Objective To explore the preventive effect of Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium Injection on the radi -ation encephalopathy in the early stage .Methods 56 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were divided into 2 groups:The control group were treated with radiotherapy and Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection ,the treatment group were teated with radiotherapy plus Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection and Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium Injection .The content of NAA,Cho,or Cr in brain tissue were detected by Magnetic resonance spectroscopy before radiotherapy and after 2 months.Results In the control group,NAA/Cr was lower after radiotherapy than before in brain parenchyma (t=2.389,P=0.022),Cho/Cr was higher after radiotherapy than before in brain parenchyma (t=2.355,P=0.031).In the treatment group, there's no significant difference in NAA/Cr(t=0.065,P=0.949) and Cho/Cr (t=1.371,P=0.178)before and after radiother-apy.Conclusion Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium Injection can prevent the occurrence of radiation encephalapathy in the early stage .
