目的：探讨卵巢Wolffian附件瘤的临床病理特点、免疫表型及鉴别诊断。方法对1例Wolffian附件瘤进行HE及免疫组化染色（ EnVision法），并结合文献进行复习。结果左侧卵巢肿块组织11 cm，镜检：肿瘤细胞呈小管状、筛状结构或弥漫实体片状，细胞呈多边形或短梭形。免疫组化结果示：CK18、vimentin、WTl、CD99、Inhibin-α及calretenin、Melan-A阳性、EMA、ER、PR等阴性。结论 Wolffian附件瘤是一罕见且具有低度恶性潜能的肿瘤，须与其他妇科肿瘤鉴别。
목적：탐토란소Wolffian부건류적림상병리특점、면역표형급감별진단。방법대1례Wolffian부건류진행HE급면역조화염색（ EnVision법），병결합문헌진행복습。결과좌측란소종괴조직11 cm，경검：종류세포정소관상、사상결구혹미만실체편상，세포정다변형혹단사형。면역조화결과시：CK18、vimentin、WTl、CD99、Inhibin-α급calretenin、Melan-A양성、EMA、ER、PR등음성。결론 Wolffian부건류시일한견차구유저도악성잠능적종류，수여기타부과종류감별。
Objective To explore the clinicopathological、immunohistochemical characteristics and differential diagnosis of Wolffian adnexal tumor ( WAT) .Methods 1 case of WAT were treated with HE and immunohistochemical staining ,and litera-ture review was analyzed.Results A mass in left ovary sized 11cm was revealed.Microscopic examination showed the tumor cells were small tubular ,cribriform structure or diffuse solid sheet ,its shapes were polygonal or short spindle .The results of immunohis-tochemistry showed CK18、vimentin、WTl、CD99、Inhibin-α、calretenin and Melan-A were positive,and EMA、ER and PR were negative.Conclusion WAT is a rare tumor with low potential of malignancy .It should be differentiated from other gynecological tumors.
