目的：探讨碳酸酐酶Ⅱ（ CAⅡ）在胃肠道间质瘤（ GIST）组织中的表达及与其临床病理参数的关系。方法应用免疫组化EnVision法检测54例GIST组织中CAⅡ的表达情况。结果 GIST组织中CAⅡ表达阳性率为66．7％（36/54），CAⅡ表达与肿瘤大小、原发部位及危险度分级有关（P＜0．01）。结论 CA Ⅱ表达可能与GIST的发生发展有一定关系。
목적：탐토탄산항매Ⅱ（ CAⅡ）재위장도간질류（ GIST）조직중적표체급여기림상병리삼수적관계。방법응용면역조화EnVision법검측54례GIST조직중CAⅡ적표체정황。결과 GIST조직중CAⅡ표체양성솔위66．7％（36/54），CAⅡ표체여종류대소、원발부위급위험도분급유관（P＜0．01）。결론 CA Ⅱ표체가능여GIST적발생발전유일정관계。
Objective To investigate the expression of carbonic anhydrase Ⅱ( CAⅡ) in gastrointestinal stromal tumor ( GIST) and its correlation with clinicopathologic parameters .Methods The expression of CA Ⅱin 54 cases of GIST was detec-ted by immunohistochemical technique .Results The positive rate of CA Ⅱ was 66.7% (36/54) in GIST tissues.Differential expression of CA Ⅱ was associated with clinicopathologic parameters including tumor size , anatomic site and risk group ( P<0.01).Conclusion Expression of CA Ⅱmay play an important role in the development of GIST .
