目的:探讨Livin与Smac/DIABLO蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学 SP法,检测100例结直肠癌组织和30例癌旁正常组织中Livin和Smac/DIABLO蛋白的表达情况。结果结直肠癌、癌旁正常组织中Livin 蛋白阳性表达率分别为64.0%(64/100)、16.7%(5/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结直肠癌、癌旁正常组织中Smac/DIABLO蛋白阳性表达率分别为36.0%(36/100)、80.0%(24/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两者表达与结直肠癌临床分期、肿瘤浸润深度及淋巴结转移密切相关,P<0.05。Livin 与Smac/DIABLO 表达间呈显著负相关,γ=-0.245,P<0.05。结论 Livin 高表达及Smac/DIABLO 低表达或失活,可能在结直肠癌的发生发展中起重要作用。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Livin and Smac /DIABLO in colorectal carcinoma .Methods Immunohistochemisty was used to detect the expressions of Livin and Smac /DIABLO in 100 colorectal car-cinoma tissues and 30 normal colorectal mucosal tissues .Results The positive expression rate of Livin in colorectal carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that of the normal colorectal mucosal tissues (64.0%vs 16.7%,P<0.05),the positive ex-pression rate of Smac/DIABLO was significantly lower in colorectal carcinoma tissues than that of the normal colorectal mucosal tissues(36.0%vs 80.0%,P<0.05).The expressions of Livin and Smac/DIABLO were closely related with the clinical stage、depth of tumor invasion and lymph node metastases (P<0.05).The expressionsof Livin and Smac/DIABLO were negatively cor-related(γ=-0.245,P<0.05).Conclusion The over-expression of Livin and low-expression or inactivation of Smac/DIABLO protein may play an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal carcinoma .
