目的：探讨甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病患者的临床特点，以制定更合理的治疗方案。方法选取2009年4月至2011年9月在包头医学院第一附属医院收治的甲亢合并糖尿病46例患者的临床资料，回顾性分析，比较治疗前后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖，甲状腺功能等指标的变化情况。结果治疗后患者甲状腺功能恢复，血糖控制良好，与治疗前比较，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论甲亢合并糖尿病患者在某些临床症状上存在一定的共同点，容易诊断其中的一种疾病而遗漏另一种，临床需要提高警惕，两种疾病同时治疗可有效减轻对患者的不良影响。
목적：탐토갑상선공능항진증합병당뇨병환자적림상특점，이제정경합리적치료방안。방법선취2009년4월지2011년9월재포두의학원제일부속의원수치적갑항합병당뇨병46례환자적림상자료，회고성분석，비교치료전후적공복혈당、찬후2 h혈당，갑상선공능등지표적변화정황。결과치료후환자갑상선공능회복，혈당공제량호，여치료전비교，P＜0.05，구유통계학의의。결론갑항합병당뇨병환자재모사림상증상상존재일정적공동점，용역진단기중적일충질병이유루령일충，림상수요제고경척，량충질병동시치료가유효감경대환자적불량영향。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics in patients with hyperthyroidism combined with diabetes mellitus and to make more reasonable therapeutic plan.Methods 46 cases patients with hyperthyroidism combined with diabetes mellitus who visited the First afifliated hospital of Baotou medical college (between 2009.04and 2011.09) were enrolled, whose Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Thyroid function and blood glucose were tested before and after therapy. Thyroid function recovered and the levels of blood glucose was better, P<0.05,there were signiifcant differences compared with before therapy. Conclusion There are many common clinical feature in patients with hyperthyroidism combined with diabetes mellitus. As a result, some of them are misdiagnosed or never diagnosed. We need more vigilant in clinical work;Both diseases were disposed at the same time, we can reduce the bad inlfuence to patients effectively.
