目的：探讨辛伐他汀治疗舒张性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选择65例舒张性心力衰竭患者，随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均给予常规治疗，观察组患者同时给予辛伐他汀。观察两组患者治疗前和治疗后的心功能分级、6 min步行距离、超声心动图改变情况。结果观察组治疗后的心功能分级、6 min步行距离分别和对照组治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的E峰、E/A、左心室等容舒张时间分别和对照组治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论辛伐他汀能够显著改善舒张性心力衰竭患者心功能，疗效显著。
목적：탐토신벌타정치료서장성심력쇠갈적림상효과。방법선택65례서장성심력쇠갈환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조。량조환자균급여상규치료，관찰조환자동시급여신벌타정。관찰량조환자치료전화치료후적심공능분급、6 min보행거리、초성심동도개변정황。결과관찰조치료후적심공능분급、6 min보행거리분별화대조조치료후비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조치료후적E봉、E/A、좌심실등용서장시간분별화대조조치료후비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론신벌타정능구현저개선서장성심력쇠갈환자심공능，료효현저。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of simvastatin on diastolic heart failure. Methods 65 patients with diastolic heart failure patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Two groups of patients were given conventional treatment, the observation group were given simvastatin at the same time. The changes of the heart function classiifcation, 6 minutes walking distance, ultrasonic Heartbeat map were observed in two groups before and after treatment. Results The heart function classiifcation, 6 minutes walking distance in the observation group after treatment compared with those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05);The E peak, E/A, left ventricular isovolumic relaxation time in the observation group after treatment compared with those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Simvastatin can signiifcantly improve cardiac function in patients with diastolic heart failure ,the curative effect is signiifcant.
