目的：探讨综合护理干预对促进抑郁症患者康复的效果。方法将我院2008年至2012年收治的120例抑郁症患者的临床资料作以回顾性分析。结果两组患者干预前的HRSD评分比较，无明显差异性，P＞0.05；干预后，观察组的HRSD评分明显小于对照组，经比较， P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。两组患者干预前的生活质量评分比较，无明显差异性，P＞0.05；干预后，观察组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组，经比较，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论综合护理干预可以明显改善抑郁症患者的抑郁程度，提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with depression. Methods The clinical data of 120 cases of depression patients in our hospital from 2008 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively for the. Results the two groups were compared before treatment HRSD score, there was no signiifcant difference, P>0.05;intervention in the observation group, HRSD score was signiifcantly lower than that of control group, by comparison, P<0.05, the difference was statistically signiifcant. Comparison of quality of life score of two groups of patients before intervention, there was no signiifcant difference, P>0.05;observation group intervention, quality of life score was signiifcantly higher than the control group, by comparison, P<0.05, the difference was statistically signiifcant. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can signiifcantly improve the degree of depression in patients with depression, and improve their quality of life.
