目的:探讨泌乳素诱导蛋白( PIP) mRNA对乳腺癌微转移的临床价值。方法采用逆转录-多聚酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术检测75例乳腺癌患者、21例乳腺良性病变患者和20例健康者外周血中PIPmRNA的表达情况。结果75例乳腺癌患者外周血中PIP mRNA有23例表达,阳性率为30.7%,乳腺良性肿瘤组和对照组中PIP mRNA表达为阴性。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。PIPmRNA阳性表达与患者的淋巴结转移状况、原发肿瘤大小、分期显著相关(P<0.05);而与患者的年龄、病理类型、ER、PR等无显著相关(P>0.05)。结论外周血PIP mRNA阳性表达与乳腺癌微转移有关。

목적:탐토비유소유도단백( PIP) mRNA대유선암미전이적림상개치。방법채용역전록-다취매련반응(RT-PCR)기술검측75례유선암환자、21례유선량성병변환자화20례건강자외주혈중PIPmRNA적표체정황。결과75례유선암환자외주혈중PIP mRNA유23례표체,양성솔위30.7%,유선량성종류조화대조조중PIP mRNA표체위음성。량조비교차이유현저성(P<0.05)。PIPmRNA양성표체여환자적림파결전이상황、원발종류대소、분기현저상관(P<0.05);이여환자적년령、병리류형、ER、PR등무현저상관(P>0.05)。결론외주혈PIP mRNA양성표체여유선암미전이유관。
Objective To assess the prognosis values of prolactin-induced protein(PIP) mRNA in breast carcinoma and tumor micrometastasis. Methods Peripheral serum samples of 75 patients with breast carcinoma, 21 patients with benign breast lesions and 20 controls were collected, PIP mRNA was assessed by RT-PCR. Results The positive rate of PIPmRNA in breast carcinoma patients, benign breast lesions and controls group was 30.7%, 0%and 0%. Signiifcant differences were found in the expression of PIPmRNA in peripheral serum among patients with control groups, benign breast lesions patients with breast carcinoma (P<0.05). The positive rates and related of PIPmRNA was signiifcantly correlated with clinical stage (P<0.05). There were no signiifcant differences among any of age,histopathology types,estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor(P>0.05). Conclusion Breast carcinoma and tumor micrometastasis patients with positive PIP mRNA was a close relationship.
