目的：观察局部应用康复新液治疗缺血性糖尿病足的疗效。方法采用随机的方法将糖尿病足患者68例分为两组：治疗组采用康复新液局部外敷治疗(38例)，对照组采用普通胰岛素加山莨菪碱外敷治疗(30例)。比较两组治疗前后溃疡愈合率、足背血流速度及经皮氧分压等情况。结果局部应用康复新液治疗组溃疡愈合率显著快于对照组(P<0.01)，经皮氧分压、足背动脉血流速度均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论局部应用康复新液治疗，能够增加局部血液供应，提高机体免疫功能，促进创面坏死组织脱落，加速创面修复，有助于糖尿病足的康复。
목적：관찰국부응용강복신액치료결혈성당뇨병족적료효。방법채용수궤적방법장당뇨병족환자68례분위량조：치료조채용강복신액국부외부치료(38례)，대조조채용보통이도소가산랑탕감외부치료(30례)。비교량조치료전후궤양유합솔、족배혈류속도급경피양분압등정황。결과국부응용강복신액치료조궤양유합솔현저쾌우대조조(P<0.01)，경피양분압、족배동맥혈류속도균현저고우대조조(균P<0.05)。결론국부응용강복신액치료，능구증가국부혈액공응，제고궤체면역공능，촉진창면배사조직탈락，가속창면수복，유조우당뇨병족적강복。
Objective To observe the curative effect on treating ischemic diabetic foot with applying Kangfuxin Liquid locally. Methods To divide 68 cases suffering with diabetic foot into 2 groups:to treat patients of the treatment group with plastering Kangfuxin solution locally(38 cases). To treat patients of the control group with plastering normal insulin and anisodamine (30 cases).To compare ulcer healing rate, flowing velocity of dorsal foot blood and transcutaneous oxygen pressure etc before and after treatment between the two groups. Results The ulcer healing rate of treatment group was superior to the control group significantly(P<0.01). Transcutaneous oxygen pressure, the dorsalis pedis artery blood flow velocity was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion To treat patients with Kangfuxin solution can increase local blood supply, improve immune function, promote wound necrosis slough, accelerate wound healing and contribute to the rehabilitation of diabetic foot.
