目的：探讨CK7、CK18、CK5/6及P63在各类型肺癌组织中的表达情况。方法对104例肺癌手术标本进行免疫组化分析，联合检测CK7、CK18、CK5/6及P63的表达，同时分析它们在不同类型肺癌中的表达情况。结果CK7在腺癌、腺鳞癌及大细胞癌中的阳性表达率分别为91.07%、85.71%及50.00%，在鳞癌和小细胞癌中无阳性表达。CK18在腺癌、腺鳞癌、小细胞癌及大细胞癌中的阳性表达率分别为96.43%、85.71%、100%及100%，在鳞癌中无阳性表达。CK5/6在鳞癌中的阳性表达率为100%，在腺癌、腺鳞癌、小细胞癌及大细胞癌中无阳性表达。P63在鳞癌和腺鳞癌中的阳性表达率分别为100%及14.29%，在腺癌、小细胞癌及大细胞癌中无阳性表达。结论CK7及CK18可用于肺腺癌诊断， CK5/6及P63可用于肺鳞癌诊断。同时， CK18还可用于肺小细胞癌及大细胞癌的诊断。

목적：탐토CK7、CK18、CK5/6급P63재각류형폐암조직중적표체정황。방법대104례폐암수술표본진행면역조화분석，연합검측CK7、CK18、CK5/6급P63적표체，동시분석타문재불동류형폐암중적표체정황。결과CK7재선암、선린암급대세포암중적양성표체솔분별위91.07%、85.71%급50.00%，재린암화소세포암중무양성표체。CK18재선암、선린암、소세포암급대세포암중적양성표체솔분별위96.43%、85.71%、100%급100%，재린암중무양성표체。CK5/6재린암중적양성표체솔위100%，재선암、선린암、소세포암급대세포암중무양성표체。P63재린암화선린암중적양성표체솔분별위100%급14.29%，재선암、소세포암급대세포암중무양성표체。결론CK7급CK18가용우폐선암진단， CK5/6급P63가용우폐린암진단。동시， CK18환가용우폐소세포암급대세포암적진단。
Objective To evaluate the expression of CK7, CK18, CK5/6 and P63 in various types of lung cancer. Methods The expression of CK7, CK18, CK5/6 and P63 proteins in 104 specimens of lung cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry. And the expression of CK7, CK18, CK5/6 and P63 in different types of lung cancer tissues were also analyzed. Results The positive expression of CK7 in adenocarcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma and large cell carcinoma were 91.07%, 85.71%and 50.00%respectively. And there was no positive expression in squamous cell carcinoma and small cell carcinoma. The positive expression of CK18 in adenocarcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma, small cell carcinoma and large cell carcinoma were 96.43%, 85.71%, 100 % and 100% respectively. And there was no positive expression in squamous cell carcinoma. The positive expression of CK5/6 in squamous cell carcinoma was 100%. And there was no positive expression in adenocarcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma, small cell carcinoma and large cell carcinoma. The positive expression of P63 in squamous cell carcinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma were 100%and 14.29%. There was no positive expression in adenocarcinoma, small cell carcinoma and large cell carcinoma. Conclusion CK7and CK18 can be used in diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma. CK5/6 and P63 can be used in diagnosis of lung squamous cell carcinoma. Meanwhile, CK18 can be used in the diagnosis of lung small cell carcinoma and large cell carcinoma.
