为研究不同蛋白源对大菱鲆摄食、生长、饲料利用能力和鱼体营养成分的影响。本试验配制了4种不同蛋白源(发酵豆粕、啤酒酵母、鸡肉粉和谷朊粉)的等氮、等能饲料。选取初始平均体重为(45.70±0.03)g的大菱鲆1680尾,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复140尾。结果显示:谷朊粉组的摄食率显著高于啤酒酵母组和鸡肉粉组(P<0.05);谷朊粉组特定生长率显著高于其他3组(P<0.05),其他3组间差异不显著;谷朊粉组饲料系数最低,蛋白质效率和蛋白沉积率最高,与其他各组相比差异显著(P<0.05),鸡肉粉组的饲料利用效率显著优于发酵豆粕组和啤酒酵母组(P<0.05);发酵豆粕组和啤酒酵母组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,在这4种蛋白原料中,谷朊粉最适合作为大菱鲆饲料的蛋白源,鸡肉粉次之,发酵豆粕和啤酒酵母较差。

This experiment was conducted to evaluate the influence of different protein sources on feeding,growth performance,feed utilization and body nutrition composition of turbot.Four isonitrogenous and isoenergetic experimental feeds with different protein feedstuffs (fermented soybean meal,beer yeast,poultry meal and wheat gluten)were formulated. One thousand and six hundred eighty turbot with initial body weight of (45.70±0.03)g were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates of one hundred and forty fish each.The results showed as follows:the feeding rate of the wheat gluten group was significantly higher than that of beer yeast group and poultry meal group,the specific growth rate of the wheat gluten group were significantly higher than that of the other three groups (P<0.05),there were no significant dif-ferences among the other 3 groups;The feed conversion ratio of the wheat gluten was the lowest,the protein efficiency ratio and protein productive value were the highest,it was significantly different with other groups (P<0.05).The feed utiliza-tion efficiency of poultry meal group was significantly better than fermented soybean meal and beer yeast group (P <0.05);No significant difference was observed between fermented soybean meal and beer yeast group (P > 0.05). Among the four protein feedstuffs,wheat gluten was the most optimal protein feedstuff for turbot,followed by poultry meal and fer-mented soybean meal,while the beer yeast was poor for turbot.
