本试验采用单因素试验设计方法,以氧化锌产品的粒径为评价指标,筛选湿法研磨制备纳米氧化锌的最佳工艺条件。经分析得到的最佳工艺条件为:悬浮液浓度为1%,研磨时间为1 h,转轴转速为2600 r/min,在此条件下制备的氧化锌颗粒平均粒径为121 nm。通过扫描电镜和XRD对产品进行形态表征和晶型分析,结果显示产品颗粒大小均一,晶型未发生改变。说明用湿法研磨的方法制备纳米氧化锌是可行的。

본시험채용단인소시험설계방법,이양화자산품적립경위평개지표,사선습법연마제비납미양화자적최가공예조건。경분석득도적최가공예조건위:현부액농도위1%,연마시간위1 h,전축전속위2600 r/min,재차조건하제비적양화자과립평균립경위121 nm。통과소묘전경화XRD대산품진행형태표정화정형분석,결과현시산품과립대소균일,정형미발생개변。설명용습법연마적방법제비납미양화자시가행적。
In this experiment,using the method of wet grinding,particle size of zinc oxide products as the evaluation index,the best process conditions were selected.The single factor experiment design method was applied to get the best technological conditions.The best condition showed as followed:the slurry concentration was 1%,milling time was 1 h,ro-tation speed was 2600 r/min.Under the condition of the preparation,the average particle size of zinc oxide particles was 121 nm.The product form and type analysis were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and XRD and the results showed that the product particle size uniform,crystal structure was not changed.The results indicated that the preparation of nanometer ZnO by wet grinding method was feasible.
