目的：分析男性甲状腺功能亢进（甲亢）和甲状腺功能减退（甲减）患者性激素水平的变化及其临床意义。方法选择2013年1～6月来该院诊治并确诊为甲亢及甲减的男性患者，分为甲亢组及甲减组，另选健康志愿者为对照组，采用化学发光方法分别在治疗前及病情缓解分别检测性激素的水平。结果治疗前甲亢组及甲减组的血清促卵泡刺激激素（FS H ）、促黄体生成激素（L H ）水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；治疗前甲亢组及甲减组的血清垂体泌乳素（PRL ）、雌二醇（E2）和睾酮（T）水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。治疗后甲亢组的血清E2水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。甲亢组血清PRL、E2及T水平治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；甲减组血清PRL、E2及T水平治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论甲状腺激素水平对血清FS H、L H水平影响不明显，主要通过影响性激素PRL、E2及T水平变化，影响性功能等。
목적：분석남성갑상선공능항진（갑항）화갑상선공능감퇴（갑감）환자성격소수평적변화급기림상의의。방법선택2013년1～6월래해원진치병학진위갑항급갑감적남성환자，분위갑항조급갑감조，령선건강지원자위대조조，채용화학발광방법분별재치료전급병정완해분별검측성격소적수평。결과치료전갑항조급갑감조적혈청촉란포자격격소（FS H ）、촉황체생성격소（L H ）수평여대조조비교차이무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）；치료전갑항조급갑감조적혈청수체비유소（PRL ）、자이순（E2）화고동（T）수평여대조조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。치료후갑항조적혈청E2수평여대조조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。갑항조혈청PRL、E2급T수평치료전후비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；갑감조혈청PRL、E2급T수평치료전후비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론갑상선격소수평대혈청FS H、L H수평영향불명현，주요통과영향성격소PRL、E2급T수평변화，영향성공능등。
Objective To analyze serum hormone level and its clinical significance in male patients with hyperthyroidism and hy-pothyroidism .Methods 352 male patients with hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2013 were divided into hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism groups and 90 healthy volunteers served as control group .Sex serum hor-mone levels such as follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) ,leuteinizing hormone(LH) ,estradiol(E2 ) ,testosterone(T) and prolactin (PRL) were tested before treatment and after remission by chemiluminescence method .Results There were no significant differ-ence in follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) ,luteinizing hormone (LH) between the hyperthyroidism group ,hypothyroidism group and the control group before treatment (P>0 .05);There was significant difference in the serum prolactin (PRL) ,estradiol (E2 ) and testosterone (T ) between the hyperthyroidism group ,hypothyroidism group and the control group before treatment ( P<0 .05) .There was statistical significance in the serum level of E2 between hyperthyroidism group and control group after treatment (P<0 .05) .Before and after treatment of serum PRL ,E2 and T levels in hyperthyroidism group had significant difference (P<0 .05);Before and after treatment of serum PRL ,E2 and T levels in hypothyroidism group had a significant difference (P<0 .05) . Conclusion The effect of thyroid hormone on serum FSH and LH level is not obvious .Thyroid hormone mainly affects serum level of PRL ,E2 and T .
