在高校计算机专业学生中展开专利教育有助于培养发明创造能力、保护创新成果,同时还能引导学生向专利代理人的职业发展、促进就业。目前专利教育存在着教法单一、效率低下,教学内容侧重法学理论、缺乏专利实务等问题。针对此提出鼓励学生申报专利、改善专利课程设置、强化专利实务教学、结合大学生科技竞赛展开专利教育等改革措施。

Launching patent education among computer science majors in colleges and universities contributes to cultivating stu-dents’inventiveness, protecting the achievements of innovation, guiding students to develop toward the occupation of patent agent and promoting employment at the same time. Nowadays, problems such as the one-dimensional method of teaching, ineffi-ciency, the focusing on juristal theory of teaching content, the lacking of actual practice and so on and so forth exist in patent edu-cation. For these, the article proposes encouraging students to file patents;improving the patent curriculum setting;strengthening the practical teaching; launching patent education through the combining of college students’science and technology competi-tions and other reform measures.
