目的:探讨酒精所致精神障碍的临床特点。方法选取2012年5月-2013年10月呼伦贝尔市海拉尔区传染病医院精神科住院治疗的126例酒精所致精神障碍患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果酒精所致精神障碍患者中男性占96.83%,女性占3.17%,女性有增多倾向,低文化水平居多,少数民族占58.73%。平均饮酒时间为14年,住院患者年龄呈低龄化趋势。临床表现以幻觉、妄想、兴奋躁动等精神症状常见,且多数患者有较严重躯体疾病,尤其是内脏及神经系统损害明显。临床痊愈86例,临床治愈率为68.25%。结论长期大量饮酒对身心健康、家庭及社会危害性极大,应尽早戒酒,加强社会干预,实施健康教育。

Objective To explore the clinical features of mental disorder due to use of alcohol and curative effect. Methods In our hospital from 2012 May to the clinical data of 126 patients with alcohol induced mental disorders in 2013 October during hospitalization were retrospectively analyzed. Mental disorders due to use of alcohol Results Accounted for 96.83% of men, women accounted for 3.17%, increased female, low education level are, minorities accounted for 58.73%. The average drinking time is 14 years. Hospitalized patients were younger trend. Clinical manifestations with hallucinations, delusions, agitation and other common psychiatric symptoms, and most patients have more serious physical illness, especially internal organs and nervous system damage signiifcantly. Clinical cure in 86 cases, the clinical cure rate was 68.25%. Conclusion A large number of long-term drinking greatly on the physical and mental health, family and social harm, should abstinence, strengthen social intervention, health education.
