目的:研究脂联素基因启动子的多态性与儿童肥胖的相关性。方法选取2011年10月-2012年11月菏泽市立医院儿科就诊的肥胖或超重儿童110例作为研究对象,并选取110例正常体重的健康儿童作为对照组研究。入组研究前测定身高、体重以计算身体质量指数(BMI),同时检测空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(Flns)、三酰甘油(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)水平。结果肥胖组与非肥胖组基因型的频率和等位基因的频率相差较小,脂联素基因启动子多态性与青少年肥胖之间差异不具有统计学意义。GG组BMI显著高于CC组和CG组(P<0.05);CG组的DBP、SBP和HDL-C显著高于CC组和GG组(P<0.05)。其他指标虽然有所差异,但差异无统计学意义。结论脂联素基因启动子多态性与儿童肥胖直接不存在相关性。

Objective To study the relationship between promoter polymorphism of adiponectin gene and obesity in children. Methods From 2011 October to 2012 November 10 cases of obesity or overweight children from pediatrics department of our hospital, control group are 110 cases of healthy students are normal weight. The study include height, weight to calculate body mass index (BMI), and fasting blood glucose(FPG), fasting insulin (Flns), triglyceride (TG three) and total cholesterol (TC). Results The obese group and non obese group, the frequencies of genotype and allele frequencies are small, adiponectin gene differences between promoter polymorphisms and obesity has no statistical signiifcance. The GG in group BMI was signiifcantly higher than that in CC group and CG group (P<0.05);CG group of DBP, SBP and HDL-C were signiifcantly higher than those in CC group and GG group (P<0.05). Other indicators are different, but the difference was not statistically signiifcant. Conclusion Adiponectin gene polymorphisms in children with obesity does not have a direct correlation.
