目的：研究分析超长自体静脉移植修复动脉缺损的临床效果。方法：对2003年8月-2012年10月笔者所在医院收治的65例动脉缺损患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：通过对患者采用超长自体静脉移植手术修复后，均获得存活，未发生动脉危象。结论：行长段的自体静脉移植修复动脉缺损是可靠、有效、安全、经济的，适合在临床治疗中推广使用。
목적：연구분석초장자체정맥이식수복동맥결손적림상효과。방법：대2003년8월-2012년10월필자소재의원수치적65례동맥결손환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：통과대환자채용초장자체정맥이식수술수복후，균획득존활，미발생동맥위상。결론：행장단적자체정맥이식수복동맥결손시가고、유효、안전、경제적，괄합재림상치료중추엄사용。
Objective:To analyse the clinical effect of long autogenous vein graft arterial defect.Method:65 cases of arterial defects treated patients were selected as the research object,who were form my hospital from August 2003 to October 2012,and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Result:The patients with long autologous vein graft after surgical repair,patients were alive,with no arterial crisis.Conclusion:President paragraph arterial autogenous vein graft to repair defects is reliable,effective,safe,economical,suitable for use in promoting the use of clinical treatment.
