目的：探讨无缝隙健康教育在内镜下肠息肉电切术患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2011年1月-2013年1月笔者所在医院200例行内镜下肠息肉电切术的患者作为观察对象，按随机数字表法分为干预组和非干预组，各100例。干预组进行无缝隙健康教育，非干预组行常规治疗，观察两组患者手术前的血压、心率、呼吸等基本生命体征。结果：两组患者术前1 h血压、心率、呼吸频率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术前即刻血压、心率、呼吸频率均上升或增加，但干预组均低于非干预组(P<0.05)。结论：无缝隙健康教育应用于内镜下肠息肉电切术患者，可稳定患者的术前基本生命体征，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토무봉극건강교육재내경하장식육전절술환자중적응용효과。방법：선취2011년1월-2013년1월필자소재의원200례행내경하장식육전절술적환자작위관찰대상，안수궤수자표법분위간예조화비간예조，각100례。간예조진행무봉극건강교육，비간예조행상규치료，관찰량조환자수술전적혈압、심솔、호흡등기본생명체정。결과：량조환자술전1 h혈압、심솔、호흡빈솔비교，차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。량조환자술전즉각혈압、심솔、호흡빈솔균상승혹증가，단간예조균저우비간예조(P<0.05)。결론：무봉극건강교육응용우내경하장식육전절술환자，가은정환자적술전기본생명체정，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of the seamless health education in endoscopic intestinal polyp electrotomy patients. Method:A total of 200 patients with endoscopic intestinal polyp electrotomy from January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected as observation objects,and they were divided into the intervention group and the non intervention group by the random table,and there were 100 cases in each group.The intervention group received the seamless health education,and the non intervention group received the routine treatment,and blood pressure,heart rate,respiration and other basic vital signs of patients in the two groups before operation were observed.Result:The blood pressure,heart rate,respiratory rate of patients in the two groups before operation 1 hour,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and that in the intervention group immediately were significantly lower than in the non intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the seamless health education in endoscopic intestinal polyp electrotomy patients can stabilize preoperative basic vital signs of patients,and it is worthy of clinical applying.
