目的：通过对小儿手足口病口腔病变的护理，有效的验证护理效果，提高护理水准。方法：选取笔者所在医院收治的160例手足口病患儿，采用随机数字表法将其分为护理组和对照组，各80例。对照组给予常规治疗，护理组在常规治疗的基础上加强对患儿饮食、皮肤、口腔卫生及心理等方面的护理，治疗15 d后观察并比较两组的治疗效果。结果：护理组护理总有效率、满意度均高于对照组，而并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对手足口病的患儿要进行精心的护理，不仅可以减轻患儿的痛苦，减轻患儿家庭的负担，有助于改善护理方法，提高治愈率，应在临床上大力推广应用。

목적：통과대소인수족구병구강병변적호리，유효적험증호리효과，제고호리수준。방법：선취필자소재의원수치적160례수족구병환인，채용수궤수자표법장기분위호리조화대조조，각80례。대조조급여상규치료，호리조재상규치료적기출상가강대환인음식、피부、구강위생급심리등방면적호리，치료15 d후관찰병비교량조적치료효과。결과：호리조호리총유효솔、만의도균고우대조조，이병발증발생솔저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：대수족구병적환인요진행정심적호리，불부가이감경환인적통고，감경환인가정적부담，유조우개선호리방법，제고치유솔，응재림상상대력추엄응용。
Objective:Through the nursing care of children with hand,foot and mouth disease of oral lesions,validation of the nursing effect effectively, improve the nursing level.Method:Selected the author’s hospital treated 160 cases of children with hand,foot and mouth disease,using the random number table method will be divided into nursing group and control group,80 cases in each. Control group was given conventional treatment,nursing group on the basis of conventional treatment to strengthen children diet,skin,oral health and psychological care. 15 d after treatment to observe and compare the therapeutic effect of two groups.Result:The cure rate and satisfaction of nursing group were higher than control group,while the complication rate is lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For hand,foot and mouth disease in children with meticulous care,not only can reduce the patient's pain,reduce the burden of family children,help to improve the nursing methods,improve the cure rate,should be vigorously promoted application in clinic.
