目的:探讨结直肠癌组织中多效生长因子(PTN)mRNA及其蛋白的表达情况及临床意义。方法:购买结直肠癌组织芯片标本90例(实验组),正常结直肠组织芯片70例(对照组),采用原位杂交和免疫组化染色方法,检测两组PTN mRNA及其蛋白的表达;另选择2009年11月-2013年12月手术治疗的原发结直肠癌患者90例,分析PTN mRNA及其蛋白表达与结直肠癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果:实验组PTN mRNA阳性表达率为62.2%,PTN蛋白阳性表达率为58.9%,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、性别及不同肿瘤类型之间,PTN mRNA及其蛋白表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同TNM分期和不同分化程度,PTN mRNA及其蛋白阳性表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PTN mRNA及其蛋白与肿瘤分期和分化程度有密切关系,可作为判断结直肠癌预后的参考依据。

목적:탐토결직장암조직중다효생장인자(PTN)mRNA급기단백적표체정황급림상의의。방법:구매결직장암조직심편표본90례(실험조),정상결직장조직심편70례(대조조),채용원위잡교화면역조화염색방법,검측량조PTN mRNA급기단백적표체;령선택2009년11월-2013년12월수술치료적원발결직장암환자90례,분석PTN mRNA급기단백표체여결직장암환자림상병리특정적관계。결과:실험조PTN mRNA양성표체솔위62.2%,PTN단백양성표체솔위58.9%,여대조조비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05);불동년령、성별급불동종류류형지간,PTN mRNA급기단백표체차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);불동TNM분기화불동분화정도,PTN mRNA급기단백양성표체차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:PTN mRNA급기단백여종류분기화분화정도유밀절관계,가작위판단결직장암예후적삼고의거。
Objective:To discuss the expression and clinical significance of pleiotrophin(PTN)mRNA and its protein in colorectal carcinoma tissues. Method:90 cases of colorectal carcinoma(the exprimental group)and 70 cases of normal colorectal tissues(the control groups)were selected. The situ hybridization and immunohistochemical staining methods were used to detect PTN mRNA and protein expression in the two groups. 90 cases of primary colorectal carcinoma who under surgical treatment were selected,and the relationsnip of PTN mRNA and protein expression with chinical pathological characteristics of the colorectal cancer patients were analyzed. Result:In the experimental group,PTN mRNA positive expression rate was 62.2%,PTN protein positive expression rate was 58.9%,there was a statistically significant difference when compared with the control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in PTN mRNA and protein expression for different ages,genders and cancer types(P>0.05). There were significant differences in PTN mRNA and protein expression for different TNM staging and different degree of differentiation(P<0.05). Conclusion:PTN mRNA and protein is closely related to tumor stage and degree of differentiation,it can be used as the reference for judging prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
