由于大部分药物及其代谢产物经肾脏排出体外，所以许多药物会导致肾损害。由于不同药物损伤机制不同，损伤肾脏的部位不同，导致肾脏损伤的表现也不相同。本文主要对临床常用药物导致肾脏损伤的机制、临床表现及其预防措施进行归纳。
