目的：检测ACBT对焦虑障碍的治疗效果。方法对1例在校大学生罹患焦虑障碍伴发抑郁症状者严格按照 ACBT治疗模式进行治疗，不参杂任何其它治疗方式。结果经过2个月有效治疗，来访者获得临床治愈。随访6个月，一切正常。结论 ACBT对焦虑障碍伴发抑郁症状确实有效。
목적：검측ACBT대초필장애적치료효과。방법대1례재교대학생리환초필장애반발억욱증상자엄격안조 ACBT치료모식진행치료，불삼잡임하기타치료방식。결과경과2개월유효치료，래방자획득림상치유。수방6개월，일절정상。결론 ACBT대초필장애반발억욱증상학실유효。
Objective:to detect ACBT treatment of anxiety disorders. Methods:the case of col ege students suf er from anxiety disorder with depression symptoms in strict accordance with the ACBT treatment, not mixed any other treatment. Results: after 2 months ef ective treatment,the client get clinical cure.Fol ow-up for half a year, everything was normal. Conclusion:ACBT was ef ective to panic disorder comorbid depressive symptoms.
