目的：探讨神经妥乐平联合中药熏蒸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的疗效。方法：将98例颈肩腰腿痛患者随机等分为对照组和观察组，两组均给予中药熏蒸治疗，仅观察组加用神经妥乐平治疗，分析两组的治疗效果及睡眠情况。结果：观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)，且治疗后睡眠质量优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：神经妥乐平联合中药熏蒸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的效果较好。
목적：탐토신경타악평연합중약훈증치료경견요퇴통적료효。방법：장98례경견요퇴통환자수궤등분위대조조화관찰조，량조균급여중약훈증치료，부관찰조가용신경타악평치료，분석량조적치료효과급수면정황。결과：관찰조적총유효솔고우대조조(P<0.05)，차치료후수면질량우우대조조(P<0.05)；관찰조치료후적VAS평분저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：신경타악평연합중약훈증치료경견요퇴통적효과교호。
Objective:To explore the effect of neurotropin combined with medicine fumigation in the treatment of neck and back pain.Method:98 patients with neck and back pain were randomly assigned into control group and observation group.Both groups received medicine fumigation treatment,only the observation group was given neurotropin.The therapeutic effect and sleep condition were analyzed in both groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The observation group’s sleep quality after treatment was superior to control group(P<0.05).The VAS after treatment of observation group was lower than that of control group.Conclusion:The effect of neurotropin combined with medicine fumigation in the treatment of neck and back pain is better.
