目的:对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCFs)患者经皮椎体成形术(PVP)后引发非手术椎体骨折的危险因素进行分析。方法:选取笔者所在医院2009年3月-2013年3月收治OVCFs患者84例,均接受单节段PVP治疗。术后随访6~12个月,据患者非手术椎体骨折发生情况分为两组,骨折组30例,未骨折组54例,回顾性分析两组患者临床资料与手术治疗过程,对引发PVP术后非手术椎体骨折的危险因素进行分析。结果:经平均10.7个月随访后发现,两组患者在年龄、骨密度T值、骨水泥注入量、矢状位后凸纠正角上比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),在椎体高度恢复率上骨折组显著高于非骨折组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:椎体高度恢复增加是PVP术后OVCFs的危险因素。

목적:대골질소송성추체압축성골절(OVCFs)환자경피추체성형술(PVP)후인발비수술추체골절적위험인소진행분석。방법:선취필자소재의원2009년3월-2013년3월수치OVCFs환자84례,균접수단절단PVP치료。술후수방6~12개월,거환자비수술추체골절발생정황분위량조,골절조30례,미골절조54례,회고성분석량조환자림상자료여수술치료과정,대인발PVP술후비수술추체골절적위험인소진행분석。결과:경평균10.7개월수방후발현,량조환자재년령、골밀도T치、골수니주입량、시상위후철규정각상비교,차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05),재추체고도회복솔상골절조현저고우비골절조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:추체고도회복증가시PVP술후OVCFs적위험인소。
Objective:For osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCFs) in patients with percutaneous vertebral plasty (PVP) after non-surgical vertebral fracture risk factors were analyzed.Method:Selected 84 OVCFs patients which were treated with single segmental PVP in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2009.Postoperative follow-up of 6 to 12 months,according to the patients with non-surgical vertebral fracture occurrence was divided into the fracture group(n=30) and the control group(n=54),the clinical data and surgical treatment process of two groups were retrospectively analyzed,leading to postoperative PVP non-surgical vertebral fracture risk factors were analyzed.Result:After an average of 10.7 months follow-up found that in the two groups of patients age, bone mineral density,bone cement injection,sagittal after a convex on the correct Angle had no significant difference(P>0.05),the height of vertebral body recovery rate on fracture group was significantly higher than the fracture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The vertebral body height increase recovery is a risk factor for postoperative OVCFs PVP.
