目的：探究辛伐他汀片的含量测定中研磨对含量结果的影响。方法高效液相色谱法。结果在辛伐他汀片含量中，研磨与不研磨所得含量结果的相对偏差会差3%～5%。结论辛伐他汀片在含量测定过程中，取20片研磨称取测定含量的结果与不研磨而是直接称取测定含量的结果比较时，研磨的结果偏低。
