目的:探讨昆明山海棠(tripterygium hypoglaucum hutch,THH)对胶原诱导性关节炎(collagen induced arthritis,CIA)大鼠模型关节病理评分的影响。方法:60只Wistar大鼠(雌雄各30只),将其随机分为6组:空白组、模型组、地塞米松治疗组以及THH高、中、低剂量治疗组,连续给药30 d,观察大鼠关节病理的改变。结果:给药30 d后,HE染色显示模型组产生多层滑膜细胞,大量炎症细胞和血管翳生成;在3个THH治疗组中中剂量的治疗效果最好,镜下只见2~3层滑膜细胞,少见炎症细胞。结论:HE染色结果显示THH对CIA模型有积极的治疗作用。

목적:탐토곤명산해당(tripterygium hypoglaucum hutch,THH)대효원유도성관절염(collagen induced arthritis,CIA)대서모형관절병리평분적영향。방법:60지Wistar대서(자웅각30지),장기수궤분위6조:공백조、모형조、지새미송치료조이급THH고、중、저제량치료조,련속급약30 d,관찰대서관절병리적개변。결과:급약30 d후,HE염색현시모형조산생다층활막세포,대량염증세포화혈관예생성;재3개THH치료조중중제량적치료효과최호,경하지견2~3층활막세포,소견염증세포。결론:HE염색결과현시THH대CIA모형유적겁적치료작용。
Objective:To explore the THH’s effect on pathological score of rats with CIA.Method:Sixty wistar rats(half male and half female)were randomly divided into six groups:the control group,the model control group,the dexamethasone treatment group,three treatment groups of high-dose,moderate-dose,low-dose of THH.The pathological changes of the rats were observed on the treatment for 30 days.Result:After the treatment for 30 days,HE staining revealed that the model control group were full of layers of synovial cells,a large number of inflammatory cells and vascular pannus were formed.The effect of moderate-dose group was the best among the three treatment groups of THH,there were only 2-3 layers of the synovial cells,inflammatory cells rarely exist.Conclusion:HE dyeing results confirm obvious curative effect of THH for CIA model.
