目的:探讨集中式清洗消毒鼻镜的效果,以规范清洗消毒鼻镜的流程,减少医院感染。方法选择使用过的鼻镜900个,随机分为A、B、C三组,A组使用传统式的清洗消毒法,用2%碱性戊二醛浸泡30min+纸塑包装后高压蒸汽灭菌;B组采用多酶全自动清洗消毒机清洗消毒+纸塑包装后高压蒸汽灭菌,C组采用酶预处理+超声清洗+手工清洗+机械清洗热力消毒法,对清洗消毒后的鼻镜进行目测度和菌落计数法比较消毒效果。结果3种方法消毒后的鼻镜均为0cfu/件,C组目测法清洁度和临床满意度明显高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论鼻镜采用集中式统一清洗消毒法,落实鼻镜清洗消毒的流程管理,提高了清洗消毒的质量,减少了职业暴露,能有效控制与预防医院感染的发生。

Objective Toinvestigate the ef ect of centralizedcleaning and disinfection ofrhinoscope,so as to standardize thecleaning and disinfection of the rhinoscope and to reduce nosocomial infections. Methods A total of900 pieces of used rhinoscope were divided into 3groups (GroupA、BandC)randomly and equivalently. The rhinoscope of thegroup A were treated by using conventional cleaning and disinfection method,withthe rhinoscope immersed in 2% glutaraldehyde solution for 30minute, Paper Plastic Packaged then high-pressure steam sterilization;the rhinoscope of the group B were treated with multiple-enzyme ful y automatic cleaningand disinfection machine,Paper Plastic Packaged then high-pressure steam sterilization The rhinoscope of the group C were treated with multienzyme pre-cleaning. Ultrasonic cleaning and handmade cleaning then Thermal disinfection with mechanical cleaning.the rhinoscope of the three groups were compared through the visual inspection and the bacterial colony counts. Results No bacterial colony was found in the three groups after disinfection.The group c was significantly superior to the other two disinfection methods in the cleanliness and Clinical evaluations(P<0.01). Conclusion The centralized cleaning and disinfection can standardize the cleaning and disinfection ofthe rhinoscope,to implement the procedure of cleaning and disinfection to improve the quality of the cleaning and disinfectionthe incidence of occupational exposure reduced. To control and prevention of nosocomial infections.
