目的:在健康体检中应用人性化护理,探讨和分析其的应用效果。方法对我院此次进行体检的400例健康人群,按照多中心、平行、随机等方法进行分组,分成试验组和对照组,每组各为200例。对照组:对体检人员进行常规的护理;试验组:在对照组护理基础上,对体检人员实施人性化护理。结果试验组体检人员的满意度为98.5%(197/200)明显高于对照组89.0%(178/200);差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体检时实施相关的人性化护理,能够有效地提高体检人员对工作人员服务等满意度,为医院开展体检项目提供的一定的帮助。

Objective: the application of humanistic nursing care in health examination, discussion and analysis of its application ef ect. Methods: 400 healthy people for medical examination in our hospital were grouped according to this, multi center, paral el, random method, divided into experimental group and control group, each group included 200 cases. Control group:routine nursing care of medical personnel;the test group:in the control group on the basis of the implementation of humanistic nursing, nursing of medical personnel. Results:in the experimental group, the medical staf satisfaction is 98.5%(197/200) was significantly higher than that in control group 89%(178/200);significant dif erences, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:the implementation of humanistic nursing related medical examination, can ef ectively improve the physical examination for staf service satisfaction, to provide help. for the hospital medical project.
