目的：探讨中心静脉导管胸腔冲洗联合链激酶治疗结核性脓胸的疗效观察。方法86例结核性脓胸患者随机分为两组。 A组：中心静脉导管胸膜腔置入引流、冲洗加胸膜腔内注入链激酶；B组：传统胸膜腔穿刺引流加碳酸氢钠冲洗，观察治疗2、12个月时显效率、总有效率。结果 A、B2组显效率、总有效率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论用中心静脉导管胸膜腔内置入冲洗联合链激酶治疗结核性脓胸是一种安全有效的方法，值得推广。
목적：탐토중심정맥도관흉강충세연합련격매치료결핵성농흉적료효관찰。방법86례결핵성농흉환자수궤분위량조。 A조：중심정맥도관흉막강치입인류、충세가흉막강내주입련격매；B조：전통흉막강천자인류가탄산경납충세，관찰치료2、12개월시현효솔、총유효솔。결과 A、B2조현효솔、총유효솔차이유현저성(P<0.05)。결론용중심정맥도관흉막강내치입충세연합련격매치료결핵성농흉시일충안전유효적방법，치득추엄。
Objective Central venous catheter, thoracic explore joint streptokinase curative ef ect observation of treatment of tuberculous pyothorax. Methods 86 cases of tuberculous pyothorax patients were randomly divided into two groups. Group A:central venous catheter pleural cavity in drainage, flushing and pleural cavity injection streptokinase; Group B: traditional pleural cavity puncture drainage with sodium bicarbonate, observation of treatment 2 and 12 months when significant ef iciency, the total ef ective rate. Results A,B 2 group ef iciency and total ef ective rate have significant dif erence (P<0.05). Conclusion With central venous catheter pleural cavity in tuberculous pyothorax flush with streptokinase therapy is a safe and ef ective method and deserves popularization.
