目的：探讨胃肠间质瘤的临床病理及免疫组化特点，提高对胃肠间质瘤的认识。方法收集36例GIST进行临床病理及免疫组化分析。结果 GIST肿瘤细胞基本形态为梭形细胞和上皮样细胞，CD117和CD34均呈弥漫阳性表达。结论胃肠道间质瘤多发于中老年，免疫组化CD117和CD34阳性表达是确诊胃肠道间质瘤最有诊断价值的依据。

목적：탐토위장간질류적림상병리급면역조화특점，제고대위장간질류적인식。방법수집36례GIST진행림상병리급면역조화분석。결과 GIST종류세포기본형태위사형세포화상피양세포，CD117화CD34균정미만양성표체。결론위장도간질류다발우중노년，면역조화CD117화CD34양성표체시학진위장도간질류최유진단개치적의거。
Objective: To investigate the clinical pathological and immunohistochemical gastrointestinal stromal tumor characteristics, to improve the understanding of the gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Methods: 36 cases with GIST were analyzed in clinical pathology and immunohistochemistry. Results: the basic form of GIST tumor cells were spindle cells and epithelioid cells, CD117 and CD34 were dif usely positive expression. Conclusion: gastrointestinal stromal tumors occur in old, immunohistochemistry of CD117 and CD34 positive expression was diagnosed with gastrointestinal stromal tumors of the diagnosis basis.
