目的：探讨内科抢救昏迷患者临床诊断方法及其采用中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法对我院自2011年 l月~2013年10月接收治疗的60例内科抢救昏迷患者资料进行分析，医护人员将这些患者分为两组。患者入院后医护人员对患者临床诊断，对照组患者采用西医治疗，实验组患者采用中西医结合方法治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率93.3%高于对照组（80%）；实验组患者有27例患者对我院治疗比较满意，满意度达到90%高于对照组患者。结论临床内科抢救中医护人员要及时诊断，并采用中西医结合方法进行治疗，能够有效的改善患者症状，提高临床治愈率，值得推广使用。

목적：탐토내과창구혼미환자림상진단방법급기채용중서의결합치료적림상효과。방법대아원자2011년 l월~2013년10월접수치료적60례내과창구혼미환자자료진행분석，의호인원장저사환자분위량조。환자입원후의호인원대환자림상진단，대조조환자채용서의치료，실험조환자채용중서의결합방법치료，비교량조환자림상치료효과。결과실험조환자치료총유효솔93.3%고우대조조（80%）；실험조환자유27례환자대아원치료비교만의，만의도체도90%고우대조조환자。결론림상내과창구중의호인원요급시진단，병채용중서의결합방법진행치료，능구유효적개선환자증상，제고림상치유솔，치득추엄사용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis of medical rescue comatose patients using combination therapy and clinical results. Methods: in our hospital from January 2011 to October 2013 have received medical treatment of 60 cases of rescue unconscious patient data for analysis,these patients were divided into two groups of health care workers.After the clinical diagnosis of patients admit ed to hospital medical staf to patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine,the experimental group were treated with integrative medicine treatments,clinical results comparing the two groups of patients. Results:The total ef ective rate of the patients in the experimental group was 93.3%higher (80%);experimental group were 27 patients in our hospital more satisfied with the treatment 90%higher than the satisfaction of patients. Conclusion:Clinical y,the patient unconscious during the rescue medical reasons for more health care workers to timely diagnosis of the patient after the patient was admit ed to hospital and treated using the integrative medicine approach can ef ectively improve symptoms,improve clinical cure rate,it is worth widely used.
