目的：总结机化性肺炎的治疗经验。方法回顾分析7例患者的临床症状、影像特征和手术结果。结果7例患者均有咳嗽、咳痰，2例并有痰中带血，影像表现结节肿块影3例、片状阴影4例，其中2例有长毛刺征，术中探查肺门、纵膈无肿大淋巴结。结论机化性肺炎临床症状无特异性，影像学有时与肺癌较难鉴别，对有症状者宜手术治疗。
목적：총결궤화성폐염적치료경험。방법회고분석7례환자적림상증상、영상특정화수술결과。결과7례환자균유해수、해담，2례병유담중대혈，영상표현결절종괴영3례、편상음영4례，기중2례유장모자정，술중탐사폐문、종격무종대림파결。결론궤화성폐염림상증상무특이성，영상학유시여폐암교난감별，대유증상자의수술치료。
Objective:to summarize treated experience of the organizing pneumonia. Methods: clinical symptoms,radiographic features and operated outcome of 7 patients with organizing Pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed. Results:Cough,sputum present on al ,two of which had bleeding in sputum. Imaging show that round-like shape in 3 patients,piece shape in 4 patients,two of which had spicule sign. Where was no tumid lymph node in the lung toot during period of the operation. Conclusion:clinical symptoms of the organizing pneumonia are not distinctive. Radiographic features are not easy distinguish with lung cancer. The patients combined symptoms should be operated.
