目的:建立用高效液相色谱分析稻田水、土壤、稻米和小麦粉中哌虫啶残留的方法。方法稻田水用二氯甲烷提取,土壤、稻米和小麦粉用乙腈提取,采用高效液相色谱紫外检测器进行检测。结果在0.5~10 mg/L范围内,哌虫啶浓度与色谱峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9998,哌虫啶的最小检出量为1.0 ng。哌虫啶在稻田水、土壤、稻米和小麦粉中的平均添加回收率为78.50%~96.61%,变异系数为2.54%~7.94%。哌虫啶最低检测浓度为0.05 mg/kg。结论本方法准确可靠,操作简便快速,节约溶剂,对环境污染小,符合农药残留分析的要求。

목적:건립용고효액상색보분석도전수、토양、도미화소맥분중고충정잔류적방법。방법도전수용이록갑완제취,토양、도미화소맥분용을정제취,채용고효액상색보자외검측기진행검측。결과재0.5~10 mg/L범위내,고충정농도여색보봉면적정량호선성관계,상관계수위0.9998,고충정적최소검출량위1.0 ng。고충정재도전수、토양、도미화소맥분중적평균첨가회수솔위78.50%~96.61%,변이계수위2.54%~7.94%。고충정최저검측농도위0.05 mg/kg。결론본방법준학가고,조작간편쾌속,절약용제,대배경오염소,부합농약잔류분석적요구。
Objectives To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of paichongding (IPP) in paddyfield water, soil, rice and wheat. Methods The paddyfield water was extracted with dichloromethane, while the soil, rice and wheat were extracted with acetonitrile and determined by HPLC with UV detector. Results The results showed a good linearity between the concentration of IPP and the peak areas in the range of 0.5~10 mg/L with r=0.9998. The limit of detection (LOD) was 1.0 ng. The average recoveries were 78.50%to 96.61%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) ranged from 2.54%to 7.94%. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.05 mg/kg. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable, simple, rapid, and less organic solvent consumption, and it could meet the requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
