本文以蓖麻蛋白为原料,通过单因素试验和正交试验优化对毒蛋白纯化工艺进行优化。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为缓冲液pH值7.0、缓冲液浓度0.10mol/L、 D-半乳糖浓度0.10mol/L和洗脱速度1.0mL/min。优选所得工艺设计合理、结果可靠,可作为蓖麻毒蛋白的分离纯化工艺。

Ricin was extracted from crude castor protein. Single-factor experiments and orthogonal design of ex-periments were used to optimize and the optimal condition were as followed: buffer pH 7.0, buffer concentration 0.10mol/L, D-galactose concentration 0.10mol/L, elution speed 1.0mL/min. Optimal design reasonable and reliable, it can be used as separation purification process of ricin.
