良好的中医医患沟通是解决纠纷、建立和谐中医医患关系的关键。中医门诊医患沟通是典型的机构性会话。以自然的中医门诊医患会话为语料，用会话分析的研究方法，从中医门诊医患会话的序列结构特征、话轮转换特征、相邻对子的选择、医学信息传递方式四个方面探寻影响中医门诊医患沟通的障碍点，提出可以排除沟通障碍的中医门诊医患会话策略。
良好的中醫醫患溝通是解決糾紛、建立和諧中醫醫患關繫的關鍵。中醫門診醫患溝通是典型的機構性會話。以自然的中醫門診醫患會話為語料，用會話分析的研究方法，從中醫門診醫患會話的序列結構特徵、話輪轉換特徵、相鄰對子的選擇、醫學信息傳遞方式四箇方麵探尋影響中醫門診醫患溝通的障礙點，提齣可以排除溝通障礙的中醫門診醫患會話策略。

Good communication between Chinese Medicine doctor and patient is the key to resolving medical disputes and building the harmonious doctor and patient relationship of Chinese Medicine.The communication between Chinese Medicine doctor and patient at clinics is one of typical institutional talks.With natural conversation between Chinese Medicine doctor and patient at clinics as corpora and conversation analysis as research methods,this research seeks out barriers between doctor and patient conversations from four respects:the features of sequence organization,the features of turn taking,the options of adjacency pair,the ways of medical information transmission,and finally comes up with strategies to resolve communication barriers at clinics of Chinese Medicine.
