针对目前导爆管雷管生产线自动化程度低的缺陷,从导爆管分切、绕把、捆扎、贴标、封口等工艺出发,研制开发了一种导爆管自动绕把封捆设备。使用实践证明,该设备设计合理,达到了相关技术要求,为进一步提高工业雷管生产线自动化水平奠定基础。
針對目前導爆管雷管生產線自動化程度低的缺陷,從導爆管分切、繞把、捆扎、貼標、封口等工藝齣髮,研製開髮瞭一種導爆管自動繞把封捆設備。使用實踐證明,該設備設計閤理,達到瞭相關技術要求,為進一步提高工業雷管生產線自動化水平奠定基礎。

In view of the current low level production automation of detonator with shock-conducting tube, according to manufacturing process cutting, processing, packing, labeling and capping of shock-conducting tube, a device is developed which can wind around and bundle it automatically. It has been proved that the device designed meets the relevant technical requirements, laying the foundation for further raising the level of industrial detonator production line.
