目的：探讨后天性麻痹性斜视的病因及临床特征。方法：对51例后天性麻痹性斜视患者进行病因，麻痹神经肌肉的分析。结果：51例后天性麻痹性斜视的主要病因有：血管性疾病，内分泌性疾病，肿瘤，不明原因。受累的神经有外展神经，动眼神经和滑车神经。结论：后天性麻痹性斜视发病突然，病因多样且复杂，外展神经为首要受累的神经。
목적：탐토후천성마비성사시적병인급림상특정。방법：대51례후천성마비성사시환자진행병인，마비신경기육적분석。결과：51례후천성마비성사시적주요병인유：혈관성질병，내분비성질병，종류，불명원인。수루적신경유외전신경，동안신경화활차신경。결론：후천성마비성사시발병돌연，병인다양차복잡，외전신경위수요수루적신경。
Objective To investigate the etiology and clinical characteristics of acquired paralytic strabis-mus. Methods 51 cases of patients with acquired paralytic strabismus were observed on the etiological features and the paralytic nerves. Results The main causes were vascular disorders,endocrine disorders tumor and un-known origins.The involvement of the nerves were abducens nerves,oculomotor nerves and trochlear nerves. Conclusion The acquired paralytic strabismus is a disease with a sudden onset and complicated causes.The ab-ducens nerves are primary nerves involved.
