干熄焦系统年修后因长时间停产无排焦，常会出现干熄炉内焦炭蓬堵不下料现象，或又因开工操作不细致出现浮焦现象，两种故障状况严重影响干熄焦年修后的开工进程。文章通过总结两次实际处理经验，分析其成因优化处理手段，有效控制或避免蓬料及浮焦现象发生，为干熄焦年修后顺利开工做好基础保障。

Dry quenching system stop production for a long time after annual overhaul so that coke blockes up in dry quenching furnace. Floating coke occurs because the operation is not meticulous. These two fault statuses seriously im-pact the start working process of dry quenching after annual overhaul. This article summarizes two pieces of practical ex-perience, analyzes the reasons to optimize processing means, which can effective control and avoid the occurrence of fuel shagging and coke floated and lay the foundation of dry quenching smoothly start working after annual overhaul.
