随着社会发展和警务改革的深入，警察组织、警察个体的职能、工作重心和社会角色都发生了深刻的文化。在信息传播速度日益加快的全媒体时代，公众的权利意识和法制意识不断提高，公众对公安工作和警务人员的要求越来越高，警察组织必须回应公众对警察形象和警察服务的期待，探索全媒体时代警民关系的和谐之路，探讨出警察公共关系建设的新路径与新策略。
隨著社會髮展和警務改革的深入，警察組織、警察箇體的職能、工作重心和社會角色都髮生瞭深刻的文化。在信息傳播速度日益加快的全媒體時代，公衆的權利意識和法製意識不斷提高，公衆對公安工作和警務人員的要求越來越高，警察組織必鬚迴應公衆對警察形象和警察服務的期待，探索全媒體時代警民關繫的和諧之路，探討齣警察公共關繫建設的新路徑與新策略。
수착사회발전화경무개혁적심입，경찰조직、경찰개체적직능、공작중심화사회각색도발생료심각적문화。재신식전파속도일익가쾌적전매체시대，공음적권리의식화법제의식불단제고，공음대공안공작화경무인원적요구월래월고，경찰조직필수회응공음대경찰형상화경찰복무적기대，탐색전매체시대경민관계적화해지로，탐토출경찰공공관계건설적신로경여신책략。
With the development of society and the deepening of policing reform , profound changes have taken place in the organization , function , working focus and social role of police force .In the era of all media where information transfer quickly and the public's awareness of rights and law increase rapidly , the public pose high requirements as to public security work and policing personnel .Police organizations shall respond to the ex-pectations of the public in terms of image and service and find a way to construct a harmonious relationship between police and the public in the era of all media .This paper discusses the relevant new means and measures .
