跳投作为一种在比赛中运用最多、得分最多的投篮方式，在比赛中发挥着重要的作用。随着国际篮联对比赛规则的修改，以及运动员身体素质的不断提高，对投篮技术也提出了更高的要求。而跳投技术起跳突然，出手点高，是所有运动员都必须具备的一项基本技术。本文试图从跳投技术的分析和教学手段入手，分析跳投技术的主要环节和教学训练中容易出现的错误，帮助运动员提高自己的投篮命中率。

Jump-shot ,as a shooting skill frequently used and scored the most ,plays an important role in the competition .With the FIBA's amendments to the rules of the game ,and continuous improvement of the physical fitness of athletes ,more require-ments on the shooting technique are proposed .Jump-shot technique ,jumping off suddenly ,point shot ,is a basic technology that all the players must have .From the game technology and teaching methods ,the paper analyses the main links and jump technique teaching and training in error ,to help athletes improve their level of shooting .
