铁皮石斛因具备抗肿瘤、抗衰老、增强人体免疫力的功效而受到人们的极大需求,但野生铁皮石斛已濒临灭绝,而传统方法其组织培养环境中的光源模拟也存在很大问题。本文提到了将LED作为一种新兴的电光源技术引入到铁皮石斛组培中,以解决其光源问题。与传统电光源相比,LED光源具有体积小、光强可调、冷光源、能效高等优点,通过试验研究进一步证实了LED光源可恰当产生铁皮石斛所需的最佳光质、光强与波长,为铁皮石斛组织培养成功提供了有效的保障。

Dendrobium candidum has strong demand by people because it could anti-tumor, anti-aging and improvement of effectiveness of hu-man immune system. However the wild Dendrobium candidum is endangered. The problems in the conventional light source make it hard to be tis-sue-cultivated. Therefore we introduce the a novel electric light source-LED into the tissue cultivation procedure as the light source. LED has the in-comparable advantage over the traditional electric light source because of its small size, adjustable light intensity, cold light source, high energy effi-ciency and etc. The experiment results show that LED is a well suited light source for growth of Dendrobium candidum. LED is able to provide the required best light quality, intensity and wavelength,thus ensures the success of Dendrobium candidum tissue cultivation.
